1. How can I check my order number?

After your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with the tracking number. Simply copy your order number and visit the "Order Tracking" page to check the status.

2. What payment methods can I use?

We currently accept PayPal only. Credit card payments will be available soon. Thanks for your understanding.

3. How long will it take to get my order?

Delivery times vary by location. Orders from China are typically shipped within 48 hours (excluding holidays) and usually arrive within 7–12 days. Expedited shipping options can reduce delivery to 5–7 days.

4. What should I do if my order arrives damaged or missing parts?

Please identify the damaged or missing parts by checking the instruction manual (don’t forget the step number) and take clear photos.
